Refund Policy

We have a 3-day full refund policy, which means you have 3 days after placing your initial order to request a refund.


To be eligible for a refund, you must be within the 3 day period and no work has been done on you or your business' behalf.


Outside of the above, absolutely no refunds will be offered. If you have an issue with your assigned virtual assitant (VA), it is your responsibility to request that a new VA be assigned or cancel your subscription entirely. You must have an active subscription to our VA services to request a new VA. An active subscription is defined as ongoing active payments for our services, i.e.- a new VA will not be assigned regardless of if you have remaining time after you requested to cancel the recurring billing.


The moment you click the "Complete Payment" button at https://www.virtualecomaid.com/order-form, you agree and accept these terms, along with all others found on our terms and conditions page.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a full refund, no questions asked. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
